PPC Broadband acquires m2fx

We are pleased to announce that effective January 6, 2016, m2fx has been acquired by PPC Broadband, a BELDEN (NYSE: BDC) brand headquartered in Syracuse, NY, USA. From this date the combined companies will transition together under the name PPC Broadband.

This is a merger of two innovative companies which have complementary product lines. PPC Broadband is the global leader in broadband connectivity solutions. m2fx compliments PPC in the telecommunications areas as the markets deploy fiber cabling and fiber to the premise technologies. Belden brings tremendous influence in this area with revenue success of nearly $3 billion US dollars.

Over the coming weeks, our branding will transition to become part of the PPC Broadband family – nevertheless, our customers will still be able to rely on the same personal working relationships that they have had in the past. Our product brands such as Miniflex and Quikpush will remain. Although this merger will eventually represent a change in our company name, we want to ensure you that our products and services will not be affected in any way, but rather, will only grow stronger through this acquisition.

Please note that our existing contact information will remain the same. Also, if you are one of our customers, please continue to address inquiries and business transactions to your current sales and customer service representatives. Our facilities and personnel will remain the same.

Our goal is to more efficiently continue delivering innovative, high-quality fiber products and solutions. We are committed to enhance your business and want to thank you for your loyalty and support.

Kind regards,
Tom Carpenter
Managing Director
